Our Commitment

At ImageToPass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day refund policy for unused credit packs. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.

Eligible for Full Refund

✓ You can receive a full refund if:

  • • Your credit pack is completely unused (0 credits used)
  • • Your purchase was made within the last 30 days
  • • You request the refund via email to support@imagetopass.com

What "Unused" Means

A credit pack is considered "unused" only if you have not generated any passes using credits from that pack:

  • Full Refund Available: You purchased 20 credits and used 0 credits
  • No Refund: You purchased 20 credits and used 1 or more credits
  • Multiple Packs: If you have multiple packs, each is tracked separately. Unused packs can be refunded even if you used credits from other packs.

30-Day Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. The purchase date is the date your payment was processed by Stripe.

Not Eligible for Refund

✗ Refunds are not available for:

  • • Credit packs where any credits have been used (even 1 credit)
  • • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • • Individual wallet passes (only credit packs can be refunded, not individual passes)
  • • Credits that have expired (after 1 year from purchase)
  • • Partial refunds for partially used credit packs

Important: Once you generate a pass using credits from a pack, that pack becomes non-refundable. Please make sure ImageToPass meets your needs before creating passes.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these simple steps to request a refund:

Include Required Information

Please provide the following details:

  • The email address associated with your ImageToPass account
  • The date you purchased the credit pack
  • Confirmation that the pack is unused (0 credits used)
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

We'll Verify and Process

Our team will verify that your credit pack is unused and within the 30-day window. If approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

⏱️ Response Time: We typically respond to refund requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday).

Refund Processing Details

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • 5-7 business days: We process the refund to your original payment method (credit card or bank account)
  • 3-5 additional days: Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund to your account
  • Total time: Expect to see the refund within 10-12 business days from approval

Refund Method

Refunds are always processed to your original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to different cards, bank accounts, or via alternative payment methods.

Multiple Credit Packs

If you purchased multiple credit packs at different times, each pack is evaluated separately for refund eligibility:

  • Each pack has its own 30-day refund window based on its purchase date
  • Each pack's usage is tracked independently
  • You can request refunds for multiple unused packs in a single email

Account Status After Refund

Your ImageToPass account will remain active after a refund is processed. You can:

  • Purchase new credit packs at any time
  • Keep any remaining credits from other packs (if applicable)
  • Access your pass history
  • Continue using the service normally

We do not close accounts or restrict access after issuing refunds.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experienced technical problems (service outage, failed pass generation, etc.) that prevented you from using credits as intended, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Refunding credits used during the issue
  • Extending your credit expiration date
  • Providing additional credits as compensation
  • Processing a refund outside normal policy in exceptional cases

Fraudulent Charges

If you see charges on your account that you did not authorize, contact us immediately at support@imagetopass.com. We take unauthorized charges seriously and will investigate promptly.
